- Prices
- Protect: ¥5,900 per site per year (US$39 or S$49 outside Japan). Agency: by quotation. Clean-up service: ¥89,000 one-time, or ¥44,000 for Protect members. Yen prices include consumption tax; other prices are before tax.
- Other charges
- Consumption tax; internet connection costs are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card (processed by Stripe).
- Payment timing
- Protect: at sign-up, then automatically each year on the renewal date. Clean-up service: when you order.
- Delivery
- Protect: available immediately after payment is confirmed. Clean-up service: work starts once the site is connected and access has been shared.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Protect: cancel at any time in the dashboard; the plan ends at the end of the paid period. Because the service is digital, part-used periods are not refunded, except where required by law. Clean-up service: a full refund if we cannot reinstate the site, and a free re-clean if it is reinfected within 30 days (see the Terms of Service, section 7, for what is not covered).
