Deleting your account
Last updated 2026-10-15
How to delete a Cyber Securitise account and its data, what happens straight away, and what happens after 30 days.
Delete it yourself
The account owner can delete the account in the dashboard: Account › Your data › Delete account. We email the owner a 6-digit code; enter it together with the account name to confirm.
What happens straight away
- Billing stops: your subscriptions are cancelled.
- Every member loses access to the account.
- Connected sites stop receiving updates, the vulnerability feed and dashboard features.
- Phones on the account stop being protected and are signed out; family settings and any location are deleted.
After 30 days
Everything else is deleted for good: sites and what they reported, findings, events, reports, alerts, the audit log, and members who belong to no other account. Until then, write to [email protected] and we can restore the account. Stripe keeps invoices for as long as tax law requires.
Download your data first
Account › Your data › Download my data gives the owner a JSON file with the account, its members, sites, phones and the last 90 days of alerts and audit log.
