Your site back, clean, or your money back.

Money-back guarantee of full reinstatement
We call a site reinstated when all of this is true:
- The malware is removed
- The way in is closed
- The site loads normally again
- Google and blocklist warnings are cleared (we request the review for you)
- A free re-clean if it is reinfected within 30 days
If we cannot reinstate your site, you get a full refund.
What the guarantee does not cover
- We do not rebuild content that was destroyed. That needs your backup.
- Cyber Securitise must stay connected to the site (the plugin, the Laravel or Node.js connector, or the Shopify or Cloudflare connection) while we work and during the 30 days.
- Changes made outside our clean-up during the 30 days are not covered: for example someone else editing files or installing nulled plugins.
What we need from you
- The site address
- An email address
- One way in: FTP/SFTP, the hosting panel, wp-admin, a Shopify staff login or the code repository
- Your latest backup, if you have one
How it works
- 01
Order
Your email and the site address. Pay securely by card (Stripe).
- 02
Set up
We email your next steps: set your dashboard password and connect the site: the free plugin for WordPress, the connector for Laravel or Node.js, or Shopify or Cloudflare for any other site.
- 03
Share access securely
Use the encrypted access form on your clean-up request: FTP/SFTP, your hosting panel, wp-admin, a Shopify staff login or your code repository. It is stored encrypted, only the assigned engineer sees it, and it is deleted automatically when the job closes or after 14 days. Change those passwords afterwards.
- 04
We clean it
We remove the malware, close the way in and request the Google and blocklist review.
- 05
30-day watch
If the malware comes back, a free re-clean opens automatically.
Moved aside, never deleted.
When something gets in, Cyber Securitise moves it aside instead of deleting it, reinstalls what it can from official copies, and walks you through the rest.
- Reversible by design
Quarantined files are sealed so they cannot run, and come back with one click.
- Official copies only
Plugins and WordPress files are reinstalled from the official release. Your posts and design stay put.
- Every step logged
Each action is confirmed and written to the activity log and the incident record.
